WILL YOU TAKE MY OLD BED, CHAIR OR MATTRESS AWAY?
Superior Therapy will gladly take your bed away or move it to another room at your request. Our maintenance team will take care of such issues for you when they deliver the bed or chair to you.

HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER MY BED?
Depending on your area, delivery will occur as soon as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE SOUTH-EAST QLD?
At the moment, we are able to deliver almost anywhere in Australia. However, we are happy to arrange an interstate delivery for customers interested in buying. For more information, please get in touch with us via the contact us page.

HOW DO I ORDER A SUPERIOR PRODUCT?
To order one of our beds, chairs or mattresses, we recommend that you contact us via phone or email, so we can discuss your options and send a contract for you to fill out. Alternatively, you can come and see us, in person, at any of the events.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, direct debit, credit card or cheque. There are also various payment options available to our customers. Please call us on 1300 825 931 to discuss which payment method would be the easiest for you.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE PRODUCT AND CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?
We allow customers to test drive our range of products at our home shows, expos and events and also at our head office in Brisbane, Queensland. By appointment.

WILL THIS HELP OR CURE MY HEALTH ISSUES?
We have seen from our testimonials, many happy and satisfied customers. We can therefore say, in confidence, that our products may provide relief from certain medically diagnosed health issues. However, because each person is different there is no guarantee that a Superior Therapy item will provide any particular or medical health benefits. We suggest that you seek your Doctor’s advice should any discomfort persist.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXPERIENCE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE?
Should you experience any problems with any of our products, we will send our maintenance team to your home or business to have a look at what the issue might be. Depending on the area you live, this service will occur as soon as possible.
